Everything in 121 FITNESS JAPAN starts with counseling. We will check about yourself, your diet experience, sleep time, alcohol consumption, etc. What kind of body do you want? Which body part do you want to train? We will ask you and help you set the goal.
We measure not only weight and body fat but also muscle mass and body balance. We deliver the measurement result sheet on the spot!
We will build your own program based on your goals and experience, and support you through the right period until you reach the goals.
You can’t come to our location? Then our Personal Trainer will come to your place, your apartment or your workplace gym.
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Workout 2x/week with our Personal Trainer (50min/session).
